What we find in New Berlin houses

New Berlin built out later than the North Shore suburbs. Most of the housing is 1960s onward, with a lot of subdivision construction from the eighties and nineties.

Honest version: in New Berlin we do more installing than refinishing. Plenty of these homes were built with carpet over plywood and never had hardwood to begin with, so the job is putting a floor in rather than bringing one back. We install solid and engineered hardwood, laminate, and vinyl plank. Where there is existing hardwood — usually in the older pockets or in homes that were upgraded later — it sands the same as anywhere else.
